A Day in the Life

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company objectives and market trends.
• Lead the marketing team in creating engaging content and innovative campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Analyse market trends and consumer behaviour to identify opportunities for growth and product positioning.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and design teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and strategy alignment.
• Utilise analytics tools to measure the success of marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Manage marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation and optimisation of resources.
• Foster a culture of creativity, encouraging team members to explore new ideas and approaches.

What You Need

• 5+ years of experience in marketing management with a focus on digital and multi-channel strategies.
• Proven track record of leading successful marketing campaigns with measurable impact on business growth.
• Strong understanding of SEO, digital marketing, social media, and content marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills, capable of interpreting analytics to inform marketing strategy.
• Experience managing marketing budgets and optimising ROI through strategic resource allocation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. A master’s degree or relevant certifications is a plus.
